DELIVERY METHODS

• National Sales and Balearic Islands:
  

  Shipping costs within the Peninsula and Balearic will be paid by the buyer and will be performed through Correos Company, an agency of transport, bank transfer, Pay-Pal or cash. It is also possible to pick up the piece in our establishment or delivered by hand.

  If within a period of 10 days the buyer hasn’t made the payment, the piece will be on sale.

  After 10 days of delivery, no returns will be accepted and carriage costs shall always be borne by the purchaser.

  No returns will be accepted by broken pieces mishandling or transport errors.

• International Sales:
  

  International shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and will be performed by Correos Company, an agency of transport, bank transfer, Pay-Pal or cash. It is also possible to pick up the piece in our establishment or delivered by hand.

  If within a period of 15 days the buyer hasn’t made the payment, the piece will be on sale..

  Gothacollections.com recommends that buyers obtain a supplementary insurance on shipping some certain value pieces, which will depend on the price, volume and weight.

  Gothacollections.com reserves the right to send through Correos Company the pieces that believes appropriate.
